The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Refund Policy / T & Cs

Gabe & Grace aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
 
Returns Policy

If you wish to return any  Goods you have purchased, please return them in perfect condition, unused and unopened within 28 days.  Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Return address: 24 Manor Avenue, Fulwood, Preston. PR2 8DN.

Please note: We cannot refund for goods purchased over 1 month or which have been used or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights and refunds will be given whenever possible. Return postage, packaging and  insurance costs cannot be refunded, We are only able to refund for items  we receive back and as such recommend that registered postal service be used.

If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.

If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to Gabe & Grace withhin 10 days and arrange collection and return.  Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.
 
7 Day Cooling Off Period

 You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to Gabe & Grace within 7 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of Gabe & Grace. 

If you wish to return Goods to Gabe & Grace for any of the above reasons, please contact us using the details on Gabe & Grace to make the appropriate arrangements. Packaging, postage and insurance costs cannot be refunded. We also advise that a registered service be used for returns as we will only make a full refund where relevant on receipt of goods. Gabe & Grace reserve the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and  conditions.
