Outside this promotional offer, please choose whether you would like First or Second Class postage at check out. We send everything "Sign For" so that we are able to trace progress of the delivery. During normal trading times, orders are normally sent same day if received before 12pm or the next day thereafter.

If you require an order urgently we have also added the "FLAT RATE" option of £5.50 which we ask that you select for URGENT NEXT DAY 1PM deliveries. This is a flat rate as we subsidise it during our free delivery offer. This can also be used for orders on Friday for an urgent Saturday delivery. PLEASE do email us as soon as possibe after selecting this so that we are made aware of the option immediately. We can only try and meet this deadline if the order is received before 2.30pm.

If for any reason there is an unforseeable delay on your order, we will contact you and keep you up to date with the progress of your order. During periods of particular high demand this may be longer and we ask that you kindly bear with us.
