Refunds and Returns


Gabe & Grace aims to always provide high quality Goods. In situations where a return is requested, they are governed by these Terms and Conditions. 




Can I change or cancel my order?


We endeavour to dispatch our orders promptly and as they are mainly made to order and made to measure, if you wish to change your order or cancel your order you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.


Can I return my order?


Gabe and Grace is committed to selling only high quality products, but we appreciate that there may be a need to exchange or return some items that you have bought. In this instant you should contact us by sending an email to info@gabeandgrace.co.uk, and provide the reason why you wish to return the items. We will undertake to respond to you within 2 working days. Please note: we are unable to provide refunds on items which are “made to measure” or customised, which includes all our branded style liner ranges. This is in line with UK Trading Standards. Also for reasons of Health and Safety we cannot accept returns on liners, rugs or footmuffs that have been used. 


The only exceptions are:-

  • Where the wrong item has been dispatched in error.
  • Has been delivered in a damaged condition. In which case the damage should be reported to the postman.


UPDATE: If your order qualified for an Essentials Kit, this must also be returned with your sheepskin. If it is missing, its value of RRP£20 will be removed from any refund owing. If your order is from our "buy one receive the second liner half price" offer and a return is requested and permitted, both liners must be returned, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. 


Lambskin finishes and colours shown on our site are for illustrative purposes only and can vary when viewed in different lighting conditions and on differing computer equipment. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will accurately reflect the true colour and finish of the goods. In this case we advise that you request a sample swatch to make sure that what you see is truly representative of what you get.

We ask that at the point of ordering you are very clear on the model and version of the pram liner you require. If you are unsure please contact us for more help.

Return Policy for Non Custom, Non Made to Measure Items


If you wish to return Goods you have purchased (except custom or made to measure goods), please return them in perfect condition, unused, unwashed within 28 days. All items must be packaged appropriately. Goods must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition with all packaging and copy of receipt. Return postage is paid by the buyer and is non refundable, unless goods were damaged in transit or the product received was not the same as the product ordered. We recommend First or Second Class "Sign For" and will repay postage to that value. Should buyer wish to upgrade to a more expensive delivery it will be at buyer's own expense. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.(PLEASE DO NOT FILL IN RETURNS FORM). Please contact us for returns advice.


Please note: We cannot refund for goods received greater than 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights and vouchers will be given whenever possible. Return postage, packaging and insurance costs cannot be refunded. We are only able to refund or replace for items  we receive back and as such recommend that registered postal service be used.


If a refund is requested while goods are in transit or after a delivery has been attepted and missed, Gabe & Grace must receive the item back before a refund can be issued. This is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure goods are safely returned and to cover costs of return postage. 


If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to Gabe & Grace within 10 days and arrange collection and return.  Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.



14 Day Cooling Off Period


You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period on non custom and non made to measure goods. This period begins once after you have received the goods. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to Gabe & Grace within 14 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason with the receipt, if they are unused, and in their original condition so that the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of Gabe & Grace.
